Thinking through the life forces we ingest with raw foods and the powering up of life through fermentation, join us for a workshop where we explore fermentation as a way of encouraging even more life through a process of death by brine. We will discuss all the invisible microbia that exist on the produce, in the soils, in the air and on our bodies as we create jars of still life intended for eating.
